Overall, I think the prequel movies were disappointing but I’m still looking forward to the upcoming TV series from Lucasfilm. (wTwNjzVFVU)
Unlike the movies, they’ll have a whole season to hopefully tell a story that ends up being worth a damn.
I see a lot of Clone Trooper figures warming the pegs at the local comic shop. I’m predicting that there’ll be an increase in demand for them once this series airs.

isnt this the trailer for the theatrical release which starts the series off? either way it looks great! cant wait to see it on both the big and little screens come august.
actually this isnt the trailer i saw recently. i just saw a trailer on attack of the show (a g4 daily show thing) it was a really cool trailer and it was for the movie one, but its all good looking. I am finding myself liking the style the more i see it. cant wait for this one. and man there looks to be a ton of movies this year that i need to see! oh and hey have you seen too human for the 360?
A lot of people are annoyed by the Tartakovsky character designs but it doesn’t bother me at all. Not all character designs work in 3D but they did a great job translating the designs.
I checked the G4 site for that trailer you mentioned but all they had was the Clone Wars CG trailer. Guess I’ll have to wait until someone uploads it to YouTube or something.

Yup, it was the Akismet anti-spam plugin. It was holding your previous comments for moderation for some reason.
ahhh that explains it, it should say somthing to that effect, as i had no idea so kept posting;D anyways, thats the trailer i saw on tv the other day, it looks really good. i hope there is some good merchandise with it as i am really warming to the adapted 2d clone wars style.
It really should have some sort of warning somewhere. I’ll try and find where I can insert it into the site template.
…or I think I’ll just disable the Akismet plugin. It might be overkill to have a front-end and back-end spam filtering system and it’s not like I’m getting a lot of comment spam lately anyway.
I passed on the Hasbro Star Wars animated figures when they were released. They didn’t exactly knock my socks off; although I probably would have picked up a bunch of Clone Troopers.
I’m hoping that a new TV series figure line will get an upgrade but I’m not holding out much hope considering Hasbro holds the license at the moment.
